Vad NU! offers differents kinds of services based entirely on your needs as a client. However the services are grouped in three categories.

The three categories are:

Problem solving - You have a problem of strategic nature, and you need some outside expertise to help you solve it. No problem.

We have a discussion around the issue where we uncover the various challenges, and based on that we scope a project that will take us to a solution. During the project we will have milestones to make sure that we’re on track towards the common goal - finding and implementing the solution to your problem.

Workshop - You need some inspiration or fresh energy to take you forward. You’re going blind on all the opportunities presented to you and all the different roads ahead, you can choose. You need clarification.

We decide on a workshop centered around the issue, you would like to get covered. The workshop is researched, planned and delivered focusing on equal shares of insight, exercises and discussion. The focus of the workshop is to leave you and your team re-energized, optimistic - and with a clear idea of what to do next.

Interem employment - You need manpower. You may have a project that needs staffing for a period of time or needs to be driven in a certain way, and you look outside for help.

We define the scope of the project and the interim employment, a start and a finish date, and the rate that goes with it. It really is that simple.
