A new natural law for business
I was reading Valeria Maltoni’s post on Conversation Agent about how much you can ask of your customers? It’s a great post about the value of conversation for your business. Real value as in real dollars in revenue. A nobrainer if you ask me.
It got me thinking that there really should be a new natural law for business: If you don’t care to get engaged into conversation with the very people, who you depend upon to buy your products and pay for your salary, you shouldn’t be in business at all.
There simply should be no place for companies not really caring - and showing it - about their customers. Period.

Thank you for building on the concept and for your wisdom, Vadnu. Simple does not equal simplistic - it can be really hard to do.
